Terms of Service

Welcome to smr. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Sun Moon Rising LLC (“Sun Moon Rising LLC,” “smr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the smr mobile application, the website at smrdating.com, and any related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use smr. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract with us, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction. smr is a dating platform intended for adults only.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information, including your birth date, birth time, and birth location, which are used to calculate your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs and your compatibility with other users.
• You may not impersonate any person, create an account for anyone other than yourself, or maintain more than one account without our permission.
• Notify us immediately at support@smrdating.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, defame, or harm any other user;
• Post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, obscene, or that infringes another person’s rights;
• Solicit money from, defraud, or attempt to scam other users (including romance scams);
• Use the Service for any commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam without our written consent;
• Upload nude, sexually explicit, or non-consensual images, or photos that are not of yourself;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service or collect data about other users;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or safety features of the Service.

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to help moderate photos and content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, voice notes, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Sun Moon Rising LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

5. Astrology Content Disclaimer

Sun Moon Rising LLC provides astrological information, compatibility scores, and birth-chart interpretations through the Service for entertainment and informational purposes only. These features are not a guarantee of compatibility, relationship success, or any particular outcome, and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your interactions and decisions.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

The Service offers optional paid subscriptions and features (“Premium”), such as unlimited likes, boosts, and super likes. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
• Prices and features may change; we will provide notice of material changes as required by law.

7. Safety

Your safety matters to us, but you are responsible for your own interactions. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. Always exercise caution: never send money to someone you haven’t met, meet new people in public places, and tell a friend where you’re going. You can report or block any user within the app.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any match will lead to a relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun Moon Rising LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
